At Ssupd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance PC components and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Our technical team will inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance; once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
